Snowball Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd(originally known as Snowball Refrigeration ) was founded by A.Kundu in 1982. The Company was initially engaged in reconditioning of refrigerators and air-conditioners.

Today, Snowball is India's largest central airconditioning company who has a network of offices in 4 cities.

Snowball became a private limited company in 1992 with its corporate headquarters at Gooptu Manson, Calcutta.
